Meloetta the start...and some bits.

So yeah i absolutely love meloetta, finally got one...in pokemon x and y XD. Still cpunts tho. 
So i decided to finally make her too. I just love her, I thinks its because her design is very minimalistic, she's lovely and graceful and she is a singer. so yup, will be updating this when i get time and remember to update it.
